ProFitness Professionals started in 1997 under the name of AIR Temps (Aerobic Instructor Resource Temps) in Birmingham Alabama. We provided fitness instructors for major gyms, healthclubs, community colleges, recreational centers, and YMCAs in and around the state of Alabama. We then expanded to Atlanta Georgia and more talent and staff was hired for our growing needs from our clients. We now recruit and hire nationally. We hire and pay instructors so you never have to add our instructors to your payroll. We ask our instructors to carry their own liability insurance and we pay for a limited amount of coverage while they are on assignment for Profitness professionals. We offer completion bonuses on assignments lasting 6 weeks or more. Our masters instructors are staffed in the community to assist with wellness programs. We offer fitness analysis in communities. We have registered dietitians on staff for conferences in diabetic health and healthy eating.

Employees are expected to fill out W2 forms prior to receiving your first payment. Taxes are withdrawn according to this form prior to payment. We are an equal opportunity employer. Our top instructors will be pay to hold fitness class in our offices to insure we are always using safe and effective routines in our exercises.
